- Russian Kettlebells and the Hardstyle (TM) system
Russian Kettlebells used in the system designed by Pavel Tsatsouline, one of the worlds top fitness experts/trainers, are a deceptively simple “old-school” fitness tool. They have been in use for at least 300 years by Russian strongmen, atheletes and military as their primary fitness tool. Our instructor has been certified by Pavel Tsatsouline’s organization.
TRX suspension trainer
Developed by a former Navy SEAL the TRX has become one of the fastest growing fitness training method in the USA since it’s launch two years ago. Many fitness publications have featured articles about the TRX including Men’s Heath, and Outside Magazine. One of the many benefits is that resistance can be adjusted for any type of workout. TRX training can benefit anyone form an elite athlete to someone recovering from injury.
